Delicious and a beauty, Okra Red Burgundy is worth the wait for. The attractive plant is 4 to 5 feet tall, with green leaves and burgundy stems, branches, and leaf ribs. Its tender pods are 6 to 8 inches long, and burgundy as well. Red Burgundy provides a good yield, so you will be munching on plenty of Okra’s throughout the season. The pods do turn green after cooked, so do not be surprised when cooking with them.
