Over 90% of our orders are processed and ship out by next business day. If orders are received before noon, mountain time on business days, there is a very high likelihood that the order will process and ship out the same day it is received.

We strive to process and ship orders meeting or exceeding the stats listed above, but… we do not guarantee that orders will process that quickly. Some orders may take up to 3 business days to process and ship.

Pallet Quantities: Please note that wholesale orders (pallet quantity orders) require longer order processing and handling times of up to 5 business days. Shipping is by quote on pallet quantity orders, and will ship via LTL carrier with no lift gate or pallet jack. If you require a lift gate and/or pallet jack for delivery of your pallet order, you will need to pay a surcharge. Please contact customer service to make the additional arrangement.
