Hardier and more disease resistant than traditional celery. Giant Prague Celeriac is a root vegetable known for its flavor like celery, thrives in mild climates. It is a great storage vegetable commonly used in soups, vegetable stock, dried as a seasoning, or blended with other vegetables.
