Peppermint Stick Celery is an old English cultivar, previously limited exclusively to the gardens of the wealthy. Their 14-25 inch biennial gives abundant yields of spicy celery seed stalks. Peppermint Stick is a fitting name for this crop, as it doesn't lose its gorgeous red hue when cooked!
