Fava Bean are a versatile and delicious garden crop that can be grown in both the spring and fall in full sun. Each Seed yields not only plentiful amounts of Bean, but greens that can be used in cooking as well. It should be planted either in the fall or spring, both for spring yields. Fava Aguadulce Bean plants grow from anywhere between 2-5 feet tall and are ready to be harvested when the Bean pods are full to the touch for fresh Bean, and after the pods have dried for dried Bean. Greens are delicious and taste like spinach.
