Eggplant - Fingers - Green
70 days to maturity. Solanum melongena.
The plant produces light green fruits that are thin and tender. Its flesh has a silky texture, with few seeds and a mildly sweet flavor. Fingers - Green needs very little cooking time and is the best harvest when young and glossy. This is an excellent variety for large containers.
