Pepper Thai Dragon F1's fruits are 6 inches long, starting green and maturing to a bright red. They are excellent eaten fresh or dried, as they store well and keep their heat. The fruit are slender and points above the green leaves. The plant is about 16 inches tall. Pepper Thai Dragon F1 measures 50,000 to 100,000 on Scoville unit.
