Red Cherry Small is an heirloom from pre-1840's. This large open plant produces smooth, nickel-size globes tomatoes. The fruit is .5 to .75 inches and is great for salads, pickling, or preserves. Don't be surprised when you have some volunteers next spring with this tomato. This variety is eager to grow in the garden, and the leftover fruits will come back if germinated.
