Aconcagua are cubanelle shaped but much larger. The fruits are 7 to 11 inches long and tapered. The color changes from yellow/green to a red when matured. The pepper is very sweet during the early stages. These 28-to-30-inch plants have dark green foliage and gives fruits an excellent coverage. Aconcagua can be used fresh or roasted and peeled. Give this delicious, sweet pepper a try and you will not regret it.
