Marina Di Chioggia is the sea pumpkin of Chioggia, a fishing village on the coast of Italy. This Italian heirloom is grey-green, with ridges and bumps, which look like waves. The fruit is turban-shaped and contains a sweet orange flesh. Marina Di Chioggia is excellent for squash gnocchi, soup, roasting, and baking.
