Like many other cress varieties, these are great for an added kick of flavor in salads and sandwiches. The taste of this cress is spicier. Cress Pepper is great for indoor window planters or outside in the spring after the last frost date. Harvest them at 4-6 inches long for the best flavor. For sprouts, harvest before the first genuine leaf.
