Heirloom pickling cucumbers with black spines and small bumps. Growing between 4 to 6 inches long, Rhinish Pickle Cucumbers are best for making delicious pickles when they are picked at 4". With a crisp, crunchy texture, they can also be eaten fresh on salads.
