These purple slender, slightly curved eggplants, are full of flavors as they are mild and sweet. Its fruits are 10 to 16 inches long and about 2 inches wide. Japanese Pickling’s flesh is creamy white, meaty, and delicious. This variety is excellent for pickling and cooking.
