50 – 60 days to maturity. Lactuca sativa.
Plant produces a butterhead lettuce with light green leaves that are slow to bolt. This German heirloom lettuce grows medium-size head that are about 5-10 inches tall. The leaves can be harvested individually for early lettuce, or the entire head can be cut just above the soil when the lettuce is fully mature.
