Ashley is a red Bronze Oakleaf Heirloom type with excellent heat tolerance. Vigor is fantastic, which makes for a great come and cut again baby leaf variety. Mild flavor. Makes for gorgeous, burgundy-colored borders for gardens. A cold-weather crop best planted in the spring and the fall.
