Red Garnet Mustard is much like its related Japanese Red Giant and Japanese Giant Garnet cousins, displaying a deep red coloration. With its savoy-shaped leaves showing color from the first true leaves, you can harvest this domestically produced variety as a microgreen or mature plant. It is fast-growing and great for adding a bite of unique spicy mustard flavor to your mixed greens.
