Ancho Ranchero F1 is an early maturing Ancho/Poblano type. The heavy setting plants produce 5 ½ inchesby 3 inchespointed fruits. This dark green pepper will turn red once it ripens, but both colors are excellent for cooking. The green fruits are usually used fresh likePoblano,and the red fruits are dried.
