Not spinach, but a more heat-tolerant substitute for spinach. Similar taste to spinach and they can be used in cooking the same way. As the spring spinach is bolting, New Zealand spinach hits its stride and continues through the summer and into the fall. The plants are larger than spinach.
How Seed Bookings Work
