Delicious and beautiful, Summer Squash Partial Eclipse F1 is a lovely white scalloped squash with contrasting green radial stripes. Its flesh is firm and tasty. You can harvest Summer Squash Partial Eclipse F1 as a baby, while the skin is still a pale white for an extravagant summer squash. You can also let the fruit mature on the vine and develop its green stripes, which can then be eaten like a winter squash or displayed.
