Galeux D'Eysines is a unique and beautiful pumpkin. This French heirloom is pink with beige scars, or bumps, that resemble peanuts. Its shape is similar to a wheel of cheese and weighs 25 to 28 pounds. Galeux D'Eysines is also great for baking, as its orange flesh is smooth and sweet.
