Kikuza is a Japanese heirloom, introduced to the US in 1927. The fruits have yellow-orange skin with a sweet thick flesh and a small seed cavity. Kikuza can become 4 to 7 lbs. and are excellent roasted or baked. Grow this winter squash for a delicious treat.
