Growing Harvester Bush Bean Garden Seeds

Growing Directions:

These plants thrive off of full sun, so sow seeds directly outdoors when there is no threat of frost. Layer about an inch of loose and moist soil over each seed, keeping them spaced out for full growth. Keep rows 18 to 24 inches apart and plants 3 to 4 inches apart. Because they have a bush growth habit, it isn't necessary to plant them next to a fence or trellis. You can begin harvesting beans when they are about four to eight five inches long; this will usually be around fifty to seventy days. Be sure to harvest each pod individually as they become fully mature. Not doing so will slow down or even stop their production.
