Black Krim Tomato Growth Habits:

In warmer climates and those locations with long summers, Black Krim seeds may be direct seeded. However, in many parts of the country, tomatoes grown from heirloom, Organic Black Krim seeds are transplanted. When doing so, bury this cultivar about two-thirds deep. This yields a sturdier transplant because it roots higher up on the stem to gain traction in the soil. These indeterminate plants grow up to several feet tall, so trellising or other support is necessary.
